Image & AI Content Notice

Images, graphics, campaign concepts, copy, layouts and other creative outputs you see in VivAddie may be generated or assisted by AI models. This applies inside the product and to some examples shown in VivAddie's own marketing materials.

Unless an image is explicitly based on source material you provided, AI-generated imagery may depict fictional people, places, scenes, products or situations. Any resemblance to real persons, brands or events is coincidental and should not be relied upon as factual.

Generated content may contain inaccuracies, visual artifacts, or unintended similarities to existing works, trademarks or likenesses. It is a starting point for your creative work — not a finished, verified deliverable. You are responsible for reviewing every asset before it is published.

Before publishing, confirm:

• You hold the necessary rights to any source material used
• Claims, statistics and factual statements are accurate
• Trademarks, logos and brand elements are used with permission
• No real person's likeness is used without consent
• Any legally required disclosures are in place
• The content is suitable for its intended audience and platform

Images and assets you upload to VivAddie are distinct from AI-generated assets. Uploading your material does not make it AI-generated, and it remains subject to your own rights and the license you grant us under the Terms of Service.

When you submit a website for Brand analysis, VivAddie reads its publicly available content to build your Brand profile. Analyzing a website does not transfer ownership of that website's content to you or to VivAddie, and derived brand information should be treated as an interpretation, not a fact about the underlying business.

As part of campaign generation, VivAddie may transform, crop, composite, resize or re-render both your uploaded assets and AI-generated assets — for example to fit a slide layout, an aspect ratio, or a publishing format. Review rendered outputs in the editor before scheduling or publishing them.

Do not present AI-generated media as authentic documentary evidence, real events, or real people where doing so would be misleading. Where a platform, industry or jurisdiction requires disclosure of AI-generated content, you are responsible for providing it.
