Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 29, 2026
This policy explains what information VivAddie collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written in plain English and applies to your use of the VivAddie website and application.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use VivAddie, we may collect:
- Account and profile information — your name, email address and sign-in credentials when you register.
- Brand and business information — brand names, descriptions, websites, audiences and other details you enter or that we derive from websites you submit for Brand analysis.
- Uploaded assets — logos, images, files and other materials you upload.
- Campaign and content data — campaign briefs, generated copy and imagery, edits, review decisions, schedules and publishing history.
- Website URLs you submit — and the publicly available content of those pages, which we fetch and analyze to build your Brand profile.
- Connected social-account metadata — when you connect a platform such as Meta, we receive and store the account and page identifiers, names and authorization data needed to perform the publishing actions you request.
- Technical and log data — device, browser, IP address, usage events and error logs used to operate and secure the service.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Provide the service — create and maintain your account and workspaces
- Analyze websites you submit to build Brand DNA profiles
- Generate, edit, render, review, schedule and publish campaign content you request
- Maintain the security and integrity of the service
- Provide support and communicate with you about the service
- Improve the product, including understanding how features are used
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party providers
VivAddie runs on third-party infrastructure and services — including cloud hosting, database and storage providers, AI model providers used to generate and analyze content, and the social platforms you choose to connect. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms, only as needed to deliver the service.
4. Meta integration
You may connect Facebook Pages and eligible Instagram professional accounts to VivAddie. When you do, we receive from Meta the identifiers, page information and authorization tokens needed to schedule and publish the content you ask us to publish. We store this connection data server-side and use it only to perform the actions you request through VivAddie. We do not use Meta account data for advertising, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties.
5. How credentials and tokens are handled
Social-platform access tokens and similar integration credentials are handled and stored on our servers. They are not intended to be exposed in your browser, embedded in client-side code, or visible to other users. Connection metadata (such as which pages you connected) is stored separately from the secrets that authorize publishing.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete individual brands, campaigns and assets inside the product; deleting them removes the associated stored content, subject to limited backups and logs retained for a reasonable period. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your remaining personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we must retain it for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
7. Your choices and rights
You can access and correct most of your information directly in the product. You may also request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Where applicable law grants you additional rights (for example under GDPR or CCPA), we honor them.
8. Disconnecting social accounts & data deletion
You can disconnect a connected social account at any time from your VivAddie settings. Disconnecting stops VivAddie from publishing to that account and removes the stored authorization for it. Content already published to the platform remains on that platform and is governed by its own policies and deletion tools.
To request deletion of data associated with a connected social account — or of your VivAddie account data generally — contact us at privacy@vivaddie.com. We will confirm and process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Data security
We use administrative, technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service — including authenticated access controls, row-level database access rules, server-side handling of secrets and encryption in transit — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; see our Security page for more detail.
10. Cookies
VivAddie uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security and preferences. Details are in our Cookie Policy.
11. International processing
VivAddie and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers. By using the service you understand that your information may be processed in these locations.
12. Children's privacy
VivAddie is a business tool and is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use of VivAddie after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
14. Contact
